Volsec Healthcare aims to provide personal care and supported living services, across Southend & Essex, to meet the care needs of individuals who may have a diagnosis of mild learning disabilities, physical disabilities, physical conditions and or Mental health conditions.

Our aim is to offer a bespoke service, delivered in a manner that respects the wishes, feelings and preferences of the service user and upholds their rights and dignity. We will do this by matching service user needs with appropriate staff and resources. Nature of Service

We are whole-heartedly committed to providing top quality services by continuous improvement in the level of the care and support we offer. This is achieved by employing and maintaining a quality workforce as well as the appointment of a dedicated staff training and development manager. Standards and training for our managers and staff are based on the national occupational standards for the care industry set by the National Training Organisation.

To ensure that we are fit for our purpose, the work of the staff team is consistently monitored and supervised. We examine our operations constantly to ensure that we are successfully achieving our stated aims and objectives. We therefore welcome feedback from all stakeholders (i.e. service users, staff, care professionals, carers, family members and friends) on all aspects of our operation.

Needs and Risk Assessments

Before we provide services, we ensure that a potential service user's needs, preferences and risks are thoroughly assessed. We aim to ensure that the care and support that Volsec Healthcare provides, meets the assessed needs of each service user. We ensure that needs and risks are re-assessed as frequently as necessary, and that the care and support provided have the flexibility to respond to changing needs or requirements. From the outset of the referral process, we seek to consult all relevant parties in the needs and risk assessment process.

Looking For A Career In Care?

Volsec Healthcare is currently recruiting Care Workers to come and work in the UK on a Skilled Worker Visa.

The role is to provide care and support in the community for the elderly and vulnerable people diagnosed with learning difficulties and/or mental health challenges.

Full training, induction and support is provided prior to commencing work. The ideal candidate needs to be of a caring and compassionate nature, hold a valid driver’s licence and be proficient in English, with good communication skills both i.e. oral and verbal.

We will provide successful candidates with a sponsorship certificate to apply for the Skilled Worker Visa, that will entitle you to a 5 year work permit in the UK.

Procedure

1. Interview:

2. The successful candidate will need to submit the following:
• Police clearance Certificate.
• Tuberculosis Certificate; and
• Either A Level certificate and English SELT test B1 or Degree and Ecctis English proficiency confirmation.

3. When the above has been submitted, We will issue:
• An offer Letter; and
• A UK Home Office Certificate of Sponsorship.

4. Upon completing the online Visa application the candidate will be issued with an appointment date to submit all the above documents to the embassy.


Required Documents

If you have any degree studied in an English language:
1. You will require written confirmation from the institution that your studies were indeed conducted in English
2. You will need to submit the confirmation letter, your certificate and academic transcript to Ecctis to get an English proficiency confirmation Visas and Nationality Services (ecctis.com) - cost £140.00.

If you do not have a degree and have completed your A’ Level, which was taught in English, then you need to:
1. Submit a copy of your A’ Level Certificate and,
2. Undertake an English test - SELT test B1 IELTS for UK Visas and Immigration | British Council - Cost £180.00.

Tuberculosis Certificate from a UK Government approved clinic.

A Police Clearance report, no older than 4 weeks.
